WAVVE (웨이브) is a Korean online streaming platform that was jointly launched on September 18, 2019 by SK Broadband—a Korean telecommunications firm—and three other broadcasting companies. It was formed as a result of a merger between Oksusu and POOQ—two other former Korean streaming platforms. It offers streaming video-on-demand services of movies, dramas, and exclusive content to its subscribers.
