Synopsis
Higa Nobuko is the second daughter of a sugar cane farmer and grew up in a village located in northern part of Okinawa. After Okinawa returned to Japan in 1972, Nobuko graduated from high school and went to Tokyo to improve her culinary skills. There, she will challenge herself and showcase the Okinawan cuisine to the locals.
