Nanase Yu is a graduate student researching genetics and continues to believe that his younger step-sister, Shiharu, who he lost during a great flood, is "still alive" somewhere. While Yu is still bewildered by the result, related people are slowly murdered one after another, and the human remains were stolen from the lab. Yu unknowingly steps into a huge darkness while pursuing the mystery behind his younger sister and the DNA match.
