Synopsis
Ouga Touichi is the Director of Police Department Investigation First Division and is often called the "King" by everyone around him as he keeps doing what he wants no matter what others say. Despite this, Touichi has strong belief and determination to solve cases. He can calmly identify the psychology and weakness of people and his only hobby is doing card magic.
One day, the First Division received a report about a man who fell from the terrace of a restaurant beside the sea. The man was attending his high school's golf club alumni gathering at the restaurant. And weirdly, the man's former classmates were being attacked one by one after that incident. Can the police find out who is the "Joker" that is behind all the attacks?
