Synopsis
Tsuzuki Ryo is a surgeon whose wife suddenly got kidnapped. An unidentified patient whose face has been disfigured suddenly appears in front of Ryo and the kidnappers threaten Ryo to "kill that patient or your wife will be killed". Furthermore, suspicions arise that the faceless patient might be a dangerous fugitive. Ryo is now confronted with a dilemma - whether to kill another person to save someone you love.
