Synopsis
Teshima Hakuro is a veterinarian working as a deputy director of Ikeda Animal Clinic. When he was five, his mother remarried into the Yagami family after the death of his father. Unlike his younger half-brother Akito, Hakuro did not enjoy being a member of the Yagami family and left after the death of his mother.
One day, a mysterious lady appeared in front of Hakuro and claimed herself to be "Akito's wife". She told him that Akito has disappeared and believed that one of his relatives was involved in Akito's disappearance. Akito being a part of the Yagami family, has the right to inherit 3 billion yen from his currently critically ill father, Yagami Yasuharu.
Although Hakuro did not want to get involved with the Yagami family anymore, he could not bare seeing the woman being troubled and decided to visit the Yagami's mansion for investigation.
