Synopsis
Nan Xi is the adopted daughter of the Meng family and lives with her adopted brother Meng Li Chuan. The two have been in love for many years, but Nan Xi suddenly "agreed" to the marriage proposal of his good brother, Xu Yan, the driver's son. Feeling doubly betrayed, he went abroad.
Six years later, Meng Li Chuan returned to China and met Nan Xi again. He kept testing and provoking Nan Xi with his resentment and suppressed emotions for the past.
