Synopsis
Set in the later period of the Northern and Southern Dynasties, where the heroes fought for hegemony, and the Central Plains was plagued with political unrest and suffering of people. The sect leader of Xuandu Mountain, Shen Qiao, has extraordinary abilities and great love, but only strive to protect his personal interests in troubled times. Various forces tried and failed to win over Shen Qiao, and finally makes use of his brother Yu Ai to cause serious injuries to him. When his life was hanging on the line, Shen Qiao encountered Yan Wushi, an old enemy who had come to seek a feud, but saved Shen Qiao by mistake. Shen Qiao resolved many traps and finally escaped. It is difficult for Yan Wushi to understand why Shen Qiao is still able to make noble sacrifices in his situation, seeking answers along the way and was finally shocked by what Shen Qiao did. In the chaos of the world, the two enemies were forced to collaborate several times. In a subtle manner, Shen Qiao continued to influence Yan Wushi's mind and regained his faith.
