Synopsis
Spinnerbait is a fishing club from Hogetsu Kita High School. However, it's real identity is a vigilante group where the high school students help to track down on crimes and earn points based on their hierarchy in the group. Mitsui Kota is an ordinary high school student who joins the group, unaware of its true nature, he ends up being at the very bottom of the group's hierarchy with zero point. One day, a series of murders shocks the town and Mitsui finds himself chasing after the culprit and the hierarchy begins to change drastically.
