Synopsis
Set during the Tang Feng era, the story follows a young judicial officer named Wuming. While solving a case, he is mistakenly accused of murder and must prove his innocence. In the course of his investigation, he is unexpectedly entangled in the Blood Vine case alongside Li Chong, a masterful martial artist, and Yu Jianying, a mysterious figure from the Western Regions skilled in esoteric arts. At first, the three restrain and distrust one another, but as the case grows increasingly intricate, they are forced to form an impromptu investigative team. Working together to unravel the truth, they gradually move from hostility to hidden agendas, and ultimately to mutual understanding. Through the twists and turns of this perilous journey, they not only solve the mystery but also undergo personal growth, forging a lifelong bond of friendship.
