Synopsis
Yang Gengxin, a widower who has fallen on hard times, seeks out his older brother, a murderer who has been on the run for twenty years, in order to save his sick young son. This sets him on a journey to save his son and seek revenge.
With blood ties above all else and hatred as the foundation, the intense conflict between two biological brothers overturns conventional distinctions between good and evil, right and wrong. The two men, mirroring each other, become embroiled in a fierce psychological battle carried out in the name of love but destined to end in hatred.
