Change proposal to Dramawiki:Korean Personal Names Romanization Preferences.

I would like to propose the following changes to this document, based on how it's been followed. The rationale is that if the majority doesn't follow the rule, change the rule.

Artist or agency preference overrides any of these rules, except the use of dashes: DramaWiki always uses a space to separate name parts. So Yoon Chan Young not Yoon Chan-young.			Add as primary exception. We may want to state what counts as a preference: do we simply take the spelling an agency uses or do they have to communicate it. If it is "take agency spelling from their site", then when you know the agency, you don't have to look through the table.

ᅥ	eo	Use our own rules: 서 becomes Suh. However, Seo is just as common, which may come from artist / agency preference (Suh Hyun Joo and Kim Hyo Seo). Use uh over eo if beginning with ㅇ (Uh Soo Sun, Im Sung Uhn). Use u over eo in any other instances (Sung Hoon).	Current example actually redirects to usage of eo. Provide unambiguous examples. State Suh versus Seo in practice: Several Suh redirect to Seo. Some redirects still have the Suh version as primary name (Suh Do Young, Suh Ji Hee) Some don't, but then put the Suh version as being RR in brackets (Suh Ji Hee) Most Seo list Suh in brackets as if Revised Romanization, which is incorrect. Where it's done correctly is Seo Bum Suk, wrong Seo Bum Shik, Seo Chan Ho, etc. Page name Suh, primary name Seo, RR name Suh: Suh Ji Hee It might be a good idea to clean these up and provide consistency: When page URL uses Seo (without redirects): Make sure Seo is used as preferred name Move Suh version to Also known as: Correctly romanize the name according to RR rules and remove the it if identical to preferred name. When page URL uses Suh (without redirects): Make sure Suh is used as preferred name Correctly romanize the name according to RR rules Move any alternate spelling that is not RR nor URL version to Also known as:

I'd also like to remove the McR column from the table. For me personally it was confusing and every time I looked up a letter, I had to check if I was referring to the correct column. If we're basing the rules on RR, McR isn't relevant so why clutter the document with information that shouldn't be used.
