Synopsis
"Arrive at the scene in 3 minutes, check the scene in 5 minutes, make arrests in 10 minutes." This is the "Crisis Time" that can make the difference between life and death for the victim... In order to save people during the Crisis Time, a new independent investigation unit was established in the Emergency Command Center (now 110), named the "ECU (Emergency Call Unit)". An epic revenge drama is about to unfold as the protagonists discover the "real culprit" who brutally murdered their beloved families!

Synopsis
One month has passed since the murder case in District 5 was solved. Toru is knocked unconscious and in critical condition after an attack by Hongo Shizuku. Hikari fears for Toru's safety and visits him frequently at the hospital, but Toru is suffering from his betrayal of his brother Higuchi and the crimes he committed, and spends dark days in his hospital room. Then one day, the emergency control room receives a call about a hospital lockdown. However, the incident, which was thought to be just a simple hospital lockdown, has a surprising story behind it... The three incidents intertwine, and the case comes to an unexpected conclusion!

Synopsis

Synopsis
Taking place right before the events of Season 2, Toru finds himself walking around Yokohama after submitting his resignation. With the plan of leaving Yokohama in a few days, Toru stops by his usual pub to say goodbye to the owner, Shizu. While there, Yuji confronts him by asking if he really wants to run away, but Toru just replies that he's not meant to be in the police force. As Toru turns away to leave the pub, Jojima—a delivery man—suddenly appears and is acting suspiciously. Toru feels something is strange and as he moves, Jojima yells out only to reveal a bomb wrapped under his clothes!
