Why did this get changed to Dondo Bare? The [http://www3.nhk.or.jp/drama/html_news_dondo.html NHK site] consistently uses "hare," and there's even an [http://www.nhk.or.jp/morioka/asadora/dondohare.htm old page] that's named "dondohare." [[User:Kidmigz|Kidmigz]] 17:43, 25 Mar 2007 (CDT)
:NHK actually switched to "Bare" because it goes along with the Iwate dialect. With that, both the [http://www.nhk-jn.co.jp/wp/best_e_next.htm NHK World Premium article] and the [http://www.nhk.or.jp/pr/english/toptalk/soukyoku_e/s_e0604.htm NHK President's Spring address] refer to the show as "Dondo Bare". ::I realize that this discussion is probably over but... In the show itself I hear "Dondo Hare" being used all the time (at the end of each episode, in the special etc).
