Synopsis
The valiant young general Xiao Chuyi and the orphan Lu Yunxi grew up together as childhood sweethearts. After getting married, they were still deeply in love. However, Xiao Chuyi was exiled to the borderlands for abducting the bride and nearly died in battle. Having survived numerous life-and-death ordeals, he comes back only to discover that Yunxi remarried his cousin Zhou Yanyu, and his mother passed away. Entangled in a love triangle, Xiao Chuyi and Lu Yunxi start a forbidden romance.
