About WayV
- WayV is the fourth sub-unit of the South Korean boy band NCT.
- In January 2019, WayV debuted in China with its first digital album, "The Vision," followed by two mini albums and the "WayV Dream Plan" variety show, WayV won the Best Asian Rising Star (China) at the 2019 Mnet Asian Music Awards.
- Due to COVID-19, an online concert was held in 2020, quickly followed by their first album, "Awakened The World."
- In 2021, the third mini album, "Kick Back," was released, and two new sub-unit groups debuted. WayV participated in Weibo's The Family's Honor TV show.
- In December 2022, the fourth mini album, "Phantom," was released without Lucas.
- In May 2023, Lucas announced his departure from the group to pursue solo activities.
