Synopsis
In 1980s Hong Kong, amidst the dominance of bully triads, corrupt police, and the chaos in the Snapdragon Walled City, Xia Liuyi of Xiao Qi Tong establishes a film studio to launder money. Desperate for a screenwriter, they coerce college student He Chusan into compliance. A bloody encounter blurs the lines between triad boss and innocent student, revealing a fate both chaotic and inescapable.
