Synopsis
Chinese Hong Kong averages 34 homicides per year, among which are sensational cases that have shocked the world. This drama presents multiple Chinese Hong Kong suspenseful mystery cases adapted from true events, including the Caesarean Baby Theft Case, the Doll Corpse Hidden Case, and more. The timeline of this drama unfolds sequentially across several cases, showcasing the process of solving each crime. Police Inspector Du Kaibin and female officer Yan Zhuoying become estranged due to a cold case. During an investigation into another unsolved case, the two reconcile their differences. Through repeated collaborations on various cases, their relationship grows into a bond of comradeship, fighting side by side. As their identities, mindsets, and life circumstances continuously evolve, the one thing that never changes is their unwavering determination to seek justice for the victims.
