Synopsis
Cha Sang-doo (Bi) and Chae Eun-hwan (Gong Hyo Jin) grew up as the best of friends. One day, Eun-hwan's family goes bankrupt and debtors rush to collect their belongings. When her father's old record player was being confiscated, Sang-doo tries to reclaim it, accidentally causing a man to go into comma. After being released from prison, he finds that his surrogate family and Eun Hwan have left him. Years later, due to the lack of education and his convict status, he is unable to find a job and is forced to become a gigolo in order to pay his sick daughter's hospital bills. After a freak incident, he comes face to face with Eun Hwan and gets a chance to win her over one more time by being a student in the school she teaches in.
