Synopsis
Doctor John (Ji Sung), a former anaesthesiology professor, who has been imprisoned for wrongful euthanesia meets Kang Shi Young (Lee Se Young), a 2nd year anaesthesiology resident, who wants to quit being a doctor as she couldn't save someone she loved. Two highly driven people, one convinced he's done right, one convinced she's done wrong work together to heal patients against all odds.

Notes
- The drama is based on the 2010 Japanese novel On Hand of God by Yo Kusakabe (久坂部羊).
- The series was developed as 16 episodes of 1 hour, but aired as 2 blocks of 30 minutes and subsequently distributed as 32 episodes. As a result only the odd episodes have opening credits and a title.
