The drama revolves around Tamaki Rei, who was just a middle school student, when both her parents died in an airplane disaster in France 22 years ago. Learning to hide her grief and tears growing up, the story opens with Rei making a visit to Brittany, France, to offer flowers on the anniversary of her parents' death. There she bumps into a man, Shibusawa Kazunari, who had also lost his wife in the same plane crash. Finding Kazunari to be a gentle-spoken man, Rei falls for him and they eventually marries. Synopsis
