Synopsis

15 years ago, the daughter of Shibasaki Sachio, a detective from Prefectural Police Investigation Division 1, was found stabbed to death. Shibasaki and his junior, Kawasumi Shigekatsu pursued the truth, but the case turned into a labyrinth. 15 years later, a "dedicated investigation team" is established to look into the unsolved cases. Kawasumi decides to join the team and later on, a man suspected to be the murderer comes to light. Meanwhile, Shibasaki is now retired and pursuing the case on his own, and he receives a mysterious call one day.
