Synopsis
A renowned perfumer living Ye City was killed in his home. When police detective Zhao Yunlan and his junior, Fang Nan arrived, they discovered his dead body, but found no signs of struggle or fight. When Zhao Yunlan was searching for evidence, a white-clothed guy attracted his attention, and seemed to be someone he knew. During the wedding night of Mrs. Jin, daughter of the wealthiest man of Ye City, her husband was killed on his way to her room. At the scene of crime, Zhao Yunlan discovered a strange pattern that was also seen in the fragrance maker's house. Just when he was about to suspect that it is the work of a serial murderer, he sees the white-clothed guy again. Fang Nan decisively captured the white-robed guy, and discovers that he is Shen Wei, a professor who arrived at Ye City not long ago. A series of mysterious incidents continue to happen in Ye City, and all evidence points to an old house in No. 52 Street. The truth slowly begin to surface...
