Change proposal to Dramawiki:Korean Personal Names Romanization Preferences.

I would like to propose the following changes to this document, based on how it's been followed. The rationale is that if the majority doesn't follow the rule, change the rule.

Letter	RR	Dramawiki	Reason for change
ᄀ	g/k	Follow RR, exceptions: 김 is always Kim 강 is always Kang (for example Kang Boo Ja and Choi Kang Hee) if followed by ᅲ use Kyu (for example Kim Yong Kyu and Lee Sun Kyun) if followed by ᅧ use Kyu (for example Kyun Mi Ri and Kim Kyung Hee)	Following what has been entered for Kang and Kyu
ㅣ	i	Follow RR (for example Min Do Hee), except for: Surname 이 becomes Lee (Lee Ae Jung) 일 becomes il (Jung Il Woo) 이 becomes yi in all other cases (So Yi Hyun and Yoon So Yi)	Il is nowhere written as Yil
ㅚ	oe	Follow RR, exception: oi for final (Choi Ja Hye)	Current rule is a error as RR uses oe not we.
ᅰ	we	Follow RR	Current rule uses wrong RR representation

I'd also like to remove the McR column from the table. For me personally it was confusing and every time I looked up a letter, I had to check if I was referring to the correct column. If we're basing the rules on RR, McR isn't relevant so why clutter the document with information that shouldn't be used.
