Synopsis
In the tenth year of the Jiaxuan era, Qiu Xinran is brought into the palace by her martial uncle, the Grand Astrologer, to serve as an attendant. She later becomes the companion of the Ninth Princess. Qiu Xinran forms a bond with the princess and becomes friends with many from the imperial academy. Due to a misunderstanding, she initially clashes with Xia Xiuyan, the hostage prince left in the capital by General Xia.
