Synopsis

Thirteen years after her family was torn apart in childhood, Li Fuyuan returns to Huachang County to avenge her wrongfully killed brother. There, she meets Lu Yanchong, the seemingly frivolous and useless county magistrate. As Lu Yanchong's true identity and motives gradually come to light, the two move from mutual suspicion to working side by side to solve a series of baffling cases, ultimately uncovering the truth behind the "Thrush Case" from thirteen years ago.
