Synopsis

Five years ago, Wu Nongyu followed her brother Wu Siyuan to the scene of a murder, where her life became entwined with Xie Xinxu, who was then suspected to be the killer. Her very presence seemed to exert a strange, instinctive pull on him. A single glance was enough to awaken an uncontrollable desire to possess her.

Five years later, determined to have Wu Nongyu, Xie Xinxu disguises himself as a cold, ascetic medical professor and deliberately draws close to her. Step by step, he lays his traps, guiding her into falling in love with him, and the two embark on a perilous journey together.
