  • Name: はぐれ刑事純情派
  • Name (romaji): Hagure Keiji Junjoha
  • Broadcasted by: TV Asahi
  • Genre: Crime drama

Synopsis

Fujita Makoto plays the role of Detective Yasuura, who is somewhat of an unusual detective, in that he has a laid-back style and a sympathetic heart.

Unlike many other Japanese drama series, Hagure Keiji Junjoha consists of individual episodes, each solving a crime from start to finish. The format is very similar to crime dramas in the United States like Hawaii Five-0 or Magnum PI.

Season List

NOTE: Season 18 is the final

Notes

  • KIKU-TV calls the series Hagure Keiji
  • The two girls, Yuka and Eri, are not related by blood to Yasuura-san. They are from a previous marriage of his wife's. This is covered in the first season, and you may find their relationship confusing when you watch a much later season.
