My goal is to create an uniformed format for the Chinese sections that is inline with the Japanese section.
Here are my suggestions.

Hi, it's nice to see someone writing a format for the chinese articles. I've been thinking about this for a while as well, and I hope I can help. I think that using Groink's japanese formats as a skeleton and then modifying from there would be better, what do you think about it?
For your actor/actress section, I think the artiste's english name should get its own line as the line could get quite long.
