Synopsis
Huangpu Duanhua, an imperial royal guard, is close friends with Li Langya, a youth of a noble birth. They encounter upon a jewelry antique store by chance, and meets An Bicheng, a Persian youth. Before leaving, Li Langya purchases a dragon-shaped jade pendant. The pedant is actually a wondrous treasure which is recorded in the Classics of Mountains and Seas, and functions like a key of all forms. Li Langya and Huangpu Duanhua follows the clue within the pendant and discovers a secret hidden beyond the illustrious city of Chang'an. On their journey to seek the truth and protect their country, the youths grow and mature, as well as gaining invaluable experience and friendship.
