Synopsis
Lee Hoo works as a delivery boy in a Chinese restaurant, not knowing that he is a prince possessing royal blood. One day, he is invited to the palace and learns of his identity. He immediately begins his training to ascend to the throne.
Hwang Inroe stated that "Goong 2" will have the same theme of a fictional constitutional monarchy in Korea, showing how tradition and the present can co-exist together. The plot will also be tied to the first series.
