Synopsis
The sitcom revolves around the Ma family, an extended Chinese family living together. Ma Fu, a retired officer of the Hong Kong Correctional Services, is the patriarch of the family and his traditional and disciplinarian approach to life creates both friction and solutions. The other members of the family are his much younger sister Ma Yau, second son, daughter-in-law, Ma Keung, and Lo Lai Sheung. Synopsis
Celebrity yoga and fitness instructor Sheung Kin Sun opens a fitness centre along with his girlfriend, Wan Sze Sze. Fearful that Sheung Kin Sun will become unfaithful, Wan Sze Sze tries to pressure him into marriage, which turns the fitness centre into a frequent battleground. Yoga instructor Lun Lap Sun is on Sheung Kin Sun's side, while sales manager Fong Ga Sheung supports his cousin, Wan Sze Sze. The appearance of Lei Lok Yee, a travel guru, adds to the conflict between Lun Lap Sun and Fong Ga Sheung.
The two boys later move in to live with Lei Lok Yee and her brother Lei Lok Tung. On the other hand, Lun Bak Foon, who has always hoped that Lun Lap Sun will take over his dried seafood business, is helpless upon learning about his son's work and relationship troubles. Fortunately, his sister Lun Ching Man and employee Man Wai Lan have been silently supporting him throughout the years. These originally unrelated people and events intertwine to show the changes and opportunities facing different levels of society.
