Synopsis
Mok Kwai Lan (Liu Xuan) and her adopted Yau Sam Sui (Kenneth Ma) both want to learn Kung Fu. Mok Kwai Lan wants to be able to protect people while Yau Sam Sui wants the prestige from becoming renowned Kung Fu master Wong Fei Hong's apprentice. Kwai Lan's uncle, Mok Ping (Law Lok Lam), fears of Kwai Lan's interest towards Kung Fu due to his past mistake of causing harm to people around him because of his practice of Kung Fu.
Guangzhou's Eastern Governor, Tong Yuet Heng (Elliot Yue) and Wong Fei Hung (John Chiang) are in a war of corruption versus righteousness. In the end, their war becomes Kung Fu master Kwai Lan's and Guangszhou's Usurped Mayor Yau Sam Sui's, both against each other. Who will survive this war in the end?
