Synopsis
On the summer night of Shanghai in 2021, Zong Ying, a forensic expert, bumped into an unexpected visitor named Sheng Qingrang at home. He said that he was also the owner of this apartment. He came to modern times every night from 1937, and then went back in the morning and took out his Republic of China lawyer's certificate to verify his identity. Zong Ying, who has always been rational, thought it was nonsense, but when Sheng Qingrang disappeared in front of her, she had to begin to accept this fact.
As Zong Ying and Sheng Qingrang shutlling back and forth between the two eras, the two people with emotional restraint gradually changed from friends to confidants and finally lovers in the ups of self and family, peace and war.
