Year in title question

Why does the page title say 2004-2015? How is it related or is it just random numbers? I get that we had to move the original page due to the DMCA notice.

Can we move it to Arakawa Under the Bridge (TBS) instead, no?

(Edit) Okay, I checked Wikipedia and saw that the manga was published in those years. Still, I think we should go with actual broadcast year or channel. --Zemus (talk) 16:42, 14 September 2018 (UTC)
