Synopsis
In the heart of the countryside, a mysterious grocery store, Hsi Wang Lai, seems to sell nothing more than nostalgia. But beyond its unassuming facade, lies a world of fascinating stories. When Hsiao Chieh, a young boy from Taipei, moves to the countryside to live with his grandfather, he discovers this enigmatic store and its free-spirited and eccentric owner, Wang Po, who has turned the store into an impromptu playground for a group of mischievous children.
