Linking

When you create an artist page or add additional cast to a TV show please be sure to add the TV shows to the artists page as well. Example, Sato B-saku has been in quite a few dramas so be sure to add those to his page. Remember, linking is two-way on DramaWiki. --Pineapple 19:34, 28 Nov 2007 (CST)

Please remember to make the links two-way. You added the cast/crew to Kare but didn't add the drama to any of the cast/crew articles. -- Quashlo 17:21, 2 Dec 2007 (CST)

Romanizing kana

When romanizing kana, please avoid using wapuro romaji. This document discusses how we romanize on DramaWiki. Thanks! Groink 17:31, 29 Nov 2007 (CST)

Multiple successive edits

Please use the preview button. For Tokyo Elevator Girl, you used one edit each to delete the synopsis heading, type up a synopsis, and then move the synopsis to the correct place. -- Quashlo 15:05, 2 Dec 2007 (CST)

Tagging Network IDs with category

Please stop. On the bottom of EVERY drama article, there is already a category for that TV network. Adding it TWICE is non-productive. Groink 17:26, 5 Jan 2008 (CST)

Spacing

Please do not add double or triple spaces between sections. Single-space only. -- Pineapple 15:29, 22 Jan 2008 (CST)

Tamura Ryo

Please double check your edits for Tamura Ryo, as there are an actor and a comedian (London Boots) who share that name, written the exact same way. For example, for Ashita ga Aru sa, it was the comedian, not the actor, who appeared in the drama. Thanks. -- Quashlo 00:45, 14 Feb 2008 (CST)

Need TV Network IDs

When adding a drama to any person's listing - whether he's an actor, producer, directory, etc. you need to include the TV network ID along with the year episode 1 was released. Groink 13:01, 28 Feb 2008 (CST)

Moving Pages

Thank you for moving all those pages which are inconsistent with DramaWiki Romanization. After moving articles to the new titles, please mark the old ones for deletion. -- Quashlo 15:41, 28 Mar 2008 (CDT)

When moving pages, please check the "What links here" link on the left to see which pages are still attached to the old page. When you move a page and delete the old one, you must make sure there are no other pages still linked to the old one. For example, Nakamaru Shinshou still has 30 or so pages linked to it which must all point to the new page. Thanks. -- Quashlo 11:45, 29 Mar 2008 (CDT)

Efforts in cleaning up wapuro romaji

Just wanted to give you a heads-up on one possible exception... There may be some surnames and first names that appear to be wapuro romaji but are not. For example, the name Takenouchi Yutaka - although the name includes what appears to be のう, it isn't a long "o" but rather it is pronounced "ta-ke-no-u-chi". This is in case you're using some sort of a search algorithm to search around for "ou". Groink 18:32, 29 Mar 2008 (CDT)

Stop touching useful redirects

Thanks for helping to cleanup DramaWiki. But, please stop marking the redirects for deletion. They still serve a purpose, even if they are not used inside DramaWiki. Also, you don't need to fix all links that are working through redirects. Such links can be easily fixed later by a script or a programmed robot. You're basically wasting your (and my) time with all these edits. Also, see Talk:Main_Page#Redirects for previous discussions and DramaWiki:Deletion policy on how to mark redirects for deletion. --MoerkJ talk 23:40, 27 Nov 2008 (CET)
