Synopsis

Rookie lawyer Hsu Yen Ching takes on a seemingly hopeless case, defending Yang Ming Te, a man sentenced to death. As she gradually uncovers evidence of his wrongful conviction, she remains confident in the justice system. Yen Ching soon realizes her real battle is against societal bias and the presumption of guilt. To save Yang Ming Te from execution, she must challenge these deep-rooted prejudices.
