It tells the story of Jiang Si, the fourth daughter of the Earl of Dongping, who restarts her life after dying at the hands of her lover Yu Jin. This time, Jiang Si bravely breaks off the engagement, outsmarts her evil aunt, opens a fragrance shop, helps her friends, and investigates the serial murder of young girls... rewriting the tragedy bit by bit. Jiang Si and the young general Yu Jin meets again and becomes entangled despite having their own concerns. Jiang Si and Yu Jin join forces to change the fates of his brother, Jiang Zhan, who previously drowned to death, his sister, Jiang Yi, who previously hung herself, and their father who was previously framed and beheaded by the Eldest Princess. As the two overcome danger and obstacles together, Jiang Si's attitude towards Yu Jin also quietly changes, willingly falling in love with Yu Jin again.
