Notes

  • Lee Jae Ryong will reprise his role from the first season which aired 14 years ago. This time around he will be a resident working in a hospital instead of an intern.
  • This is the second collaboration between Cha Tae Hyun and Kim Jung Eun after 10 years. Their first drama was Sunflower in 1998.
  • Originally this was scheduled to be a Saturday / Sunday drama but was moved to the Wednesday / Thursday slot after Beethoven Virus. This was because MBC decided not to air any more dramas at 22:35.
