After a patient died from a rare anesthesia complication, Dr. Xiao Zheng Xun was forced to take blame and suspended until further notice. That was until insurance agent Ye Jian De discovered the incident was a part a systematic approach the hospital used to shed responsibility. Just when the truth was to come out, bad things began to happen one by one to the personnel related to the incident.

Synopsis
