Synopsis

Lieutenant Natsuhara Shinji of the Metropolitan police departments criminal investigation unit 1 as chasing the yet to be discovered perpetrator of a mutualitian murder. A man emerges as the suspect and Natsuhara begins a surveillance stake out. While trying to catch the man a woman appears at out no where and get hit by his car, who then makes a big fuss that completely disrupting the investigation. Shortly there after the Minister of public security and public affairs give the order to halt the investigation. However, Natsuhara knows not solving this case is a risk to public security and he strongly resist the order. One day he receives a package containing an note and a uniform for a cleaning company. The package was sent from a man who previously interfered with the investigation. That man turns out to be Lieutenant Serada Souma of the Public Safety. The notes says to go to a certain place. Where exactly? And for what purpose? Source
