Synopsis
In real life, a girl named Cheng Manyi, who is dissatisfied with reality and passionate about fantasies, gets injured and faints while performing a brave act. She dreams of becoming the female lead in the comic The World's Top Talent and meets "The World's Top Scholar," Wen Chenyi. The "illiterate" girl pretends to be a talented woman and enters into a "contract marriage" with the top scholar. Their differing eras and personalities lead to many amusing situations.
