HELP! Under my tools on the left, there is no Upload option so I am unable to upload a photo for the article I was writing...
Will be very grateful to someone who can help me... I am still navigating my way here, and so far still unable to find out how to upload the photo I require for the profile...

New registered users are restricted on uploads. Only autoconfimed user (users with 10+ edits and at least 2 days membership) are allowed to upload.
I'm not sure why - I don't make the rules here.
