HELP! Under my tools on the left, there is no Upload option so I am unable to upload a photo for the article I was writing...[edit]

Will be very grateful to someone who can help me... I am still navigating my way here, and so far still unable to find out how to upload the photo I require for the profile...

Thank you!

New registered users are restricted on uploads. Only autoconfimed user (users with 10+ edits and at least 2 days membership) are allowed to upload.

I'm not sure why - I don't make the rules here.

Nirvana in Fire[edit]

Hi there,

  • Thanks for being so enthusiastic about Nirvana in Fire. However, I have removed most of the character descriptions from the cast list, as Dramawiki is not a site which delves into great detail about characters (please refer to the guidelines: Hanyu pinyin names are also included IF AND ONLY IF the artist's page doesn't exist on Dramawiki.
  • The article is positioned to give a clear overview of the drama without going overboard - extra information may overwhelm the users who are simply browsing for new dramas to watch. Furthermore, a lot of the details you have included are made obvious in the first few episodes. If there are any queries, please don't hesitate to contact the moderators. :) Thanks,

Oh I'm sorry for making that mistake! I saw that some characters had descriptions so I went to fill up some, because my friends told me they got confused while they were watching the drama because there are too many characters...

I will just focus on making pages for the actors then... But may I confirm if there is no existing page, should I remove the hyperlink [] so that there will not show a dead link to an empty page or should I just leave it as it is? Thank you for your help!

Please leave the [[]]. It connects all the pages with the same "empty" link. If you go to the tool bar on your left, expand "Tools," then click on "What links here," it will list all the pages that included that link. It encourages the editors to add info to it. --WaterOB (talk) 03:09, 7 November 2015 (UTC)

Understood! Thank you for replying.

Good job on the editing! You can make the pages even better by removing the empty link for "Movies" section. We don't keep track of their movies here.

As for the TV section, we put Chinese characters next to empty links and remove them once the links are no longer "empty." The Chinese characters only serve to remind editors what the empty link is about. Once a page is established for it, it served its function and can be removed. As for the order of the dramas, we list by the air date, if possible. If not, what you have been doing is alright. I made some changes to Zhang Yu Jian so you can see what I mean. Again, thanks for your contributions and keep up the good work! --WaterOB (talk) 15:34, 7 November 2015 (UTC)

hi =) I am learning as I go, and I really appreciate how helpful everyone is! Noted on the movies [[]] tags... The dead links bothered me alot... but now I understand roughly how things are... Thank you for your guidance!
