In Osaka, Haruka finds that her mother Yuko lives with her lover Kenji in the apartment where Haruka is going to stay. The following day is the first day of work for Haruka and she goes to the travel agency which is her new workplace. To Haruka’s surprise, it is the company Kenji works for and he turns out to be Haruka’s superior. Even after having started to live with Yuko, Haruka can hardly get along with her mother. One day, Haruka and Yuko have lunch together and finally communicate with one another a little by exchanging notes on which they write what they have wanted to say. However, seeing Yuko and Kenji eating vegetables which Yosuke has sent for Yuko, Haruka begins to keep a distance from her mother again.
